Refund policy

At ESSANES, we are committed to providing premium-quality apparel. Please read our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests will only be considered if they are made immediately after placing the order.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or handed over to our shipping partner, it cannot be cancelled.

Size & Fit

Customers are strongly advised to refer to the Size Chart available on each product page before placing an order.

Returns or refunds will not be accepted if an incorrect size is ordered by the customer.

If ESSANES ships the wrong size compared to what was ordered, we will provide an exchange. The customer will be responsible for the applicable shipping charges for the exchange.

Damaged or Defective Products

Refunds are only provided for products that are received in a damaged or defective condition.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, customers must:

Contact our Customer Support Team within 7 days of receiving the order.

Provide a clear, uninterrupted video of the parcel unboxing starting before the package is opened. Claims without a valid unboxing video cannot be processed.

Share clear photographs of the damaged or defective product, if requested.

All claims are subject to verification by the ESSANES team before approval.

Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please notify our Customer Support Team within 7 days of delivery.

After verification, we will arrange for the correct product to be sent. The applicable exchange shipping charges may apply where mentioned by our support team.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only available if ESSANES has delivered the wrong size or wrong product.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Customers are required to bear the shipping charges associated with the exchange unless otherwise approved by ESSANES.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued only for verified damaged or defective products.

Once the refund request is approved by the ESSANES team, the refund will be processed within 3–5 business days through the original payment method.

Important Notes

Minor variations in color may occur due to differences in screen settings and lighting during product photography.

Product measurements may have a manufacturing tolerance of approximately ±1 inch.

ESSANES reserves the right to refuse any return, exchange, or refund request that does not meet the conditions stated in this policy.
