Order Processing

Orders are processed as soon as they are confirmed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS containing your tracking details.

You can also track your order from your ESSANES account once it has been shipped.

Delivery Availability

Our express delivery services (30–60 minute delivery and next-day delivery) are available only in eligible serviceable locations. Availability depends on your delivery PIN code and will be shown during checkout.
